These are the steps you should take if an employee cannot get into a door or doors that they should
have access to.
1. Go to that employee’s User menu
2. Check the expiration settings to make sure they are using a valid card and that the employee has
updated their card on a hotspot within their assigned timeframe
3. Click the blue “User Access Level” box to the right of the screen.
4. Make sure a User Access Level has been assigned, and that it is the correct position for the
employee
5. If they User Access Level is correct, go to the User Access Level menu, and check the User Access
Level has the correct Zones.
6. If they Zones are correct, go to the Zones menu, and check the appropriate Zone has the correct
Access Point in it.
7. Have the employee update their key and try again
